Defective products
 

Extended Holiday Returns!
We are extending our return period to January 31st, 2017 for any item purchased after November 1st, 2016.


Important: This does not include items with shipping damage! Please check all items immediately upon receipt so a claim can be made with the shipping company and we can ship you a replacement ASAP!


• Please click here to complete the returns form to obtain an RMA# when returning globes found to be defective upon delivery.
• Please notify us about defective globes within 3 days (48 hours for Alexander Kalifano globes) of when the globe was received.
• OnlyGlobes.com will pay the return shipping costs.
• The customer is required to return the defective globe in the original shipping package with all original paperwork and any documents enclosed with the original shipment.
• You will receive credit, or a replacement globe will be shipped to you upon receipt of the returned globe at the warehouse.
• Certain suppliers require a digital picture of the defect or flaw before a return or exchange can be made.
Exchanging non-defective products
  • Please click here to complete the returns form to obtain an RMA# before returning any products.
• You may exchange your globe, within 30 days of the purchase date, for any reason.
• If the new globe is of greater value the customer is responsible for the difference. If the new globe is of less value, a refund for the difference will be issued.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• We must receive returned merchandise in its original condition before exchanges can be made.
• The customer is required to return the merchandise in unused condition in the original packaging with all original paperwork and documents enclosed with the original shipment.
• The merchandise must be returned using a traceable courier service.
• OnlyGlobes.com will not be responsible for any lost shipment of product being returned for exchange.
• Items may not be returned or exchanged if not in the original packaging.

• A 10% restocking fee and the cost of the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund for all products that are returned without exchange.

• Personalized items cannot be returned.
